After Japanese reactor accident, UN agency pledges to restore faith in nuclear power

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has expressed his sorrow and sympathy for the families of the victims of today’s petrol pipeline explosion in Nairobi, Kenya, that has reportedly
killed at least 75
people and injured hundreds more.
In a statement issued by his spokesperson, Mr. Ban extended his sympathies to the Government and
people of Kenya.
